Wouldn't you love it too?

I have been a little waylayed as of late (the store has been like an unruly child). So my yard hasn't seen a lot of action. I have weeds who have made there home quite impenetrable (I hate those *%#** weeds). But lets just say, if the landscape gods were to find me worthy of a little recreating of my yard....anyone of these would do!




















So I have been contemplating how my friend Leah could possibly have ever found the time to put together this? She must have super human abilities or somethin'(or maybe she does her gardening at night? I have visions of her out there with her miners cap on clipping her boxwood). Anyway...I am counting down the days before I have my life back. Maybe I'll get something done....or maybe not.

  3. You are too sweet! Guess how I got all that gardening done? It all happened BEFORE -- before children, before a store and design business.... Back when I had a life of my own! These days my husband is in charge of most of the upkeep -- I try to get out and weed when I can, which isn't too often, as I'm sure you can relate. You'll be out there clipping boxwood in no time flat, with a huge grin on your face.

    Thanks for the shout-out! You'll have to come for a garden party one of these days and check it out for yourself.
