Add ground beef and cook, breaking it up, until it is no longer pink. Make sure to salt and pepper it.</div><div style="text-align: center;"><br /></div><div style="text-align: center;">Set the ground beef aside.</div><div style="text-align: center;"><br /></div><div style="text-align: center;"><br /></div><div style="text-align: center;">In a large stock pot, add 2 TBS olive oil over medium high heat. Add onions, salt and pepper them and cook until translucent, about 4 minutes.</div><div style="text-align: center;"><br /></div><div style="text-align: center;">Add carrots and celery to the pot. Cook for 10 minutes. Add garlic and cook for 1 minute more. </div><div style="text-align: center;"><br /></div><div style="text-align: center;">Add Swiss chard, turnip and the potato to the pan and cook for 4 minutes until the Swiss chard begins to wilt. </div><div style="text-align: center;"><br /></div><div style="text-align: center;">Add the crushed tomatoes to the pot and simmer for 15 minutes until the Swiss chard breaks down.</div><div style="text-align: center;"><br /></div><div style="text-align: center;">Meanwhile, combine 1 can of drained cannelloni beans to a blender with 1/2 cup of beef stock. Blend until smooth.</div><div style="text-align: center;"><br /></div><div style="text-align: center;">Add the blended cannelloni beans, the other can of drained beans, the beef stock, the 1 inch piece of Parmesan cheese and the handful of Parmesan cheese to the pot. Stir to mix and simmer for 25 minutes. Stir occasionally. The veggies should be fork tender.</div><div style="text-align: center;"><br /></div><div style="text-align: center;">Amend taste for salt and pepper. Martha Stewart.</div><div style="text-align: center;">I just love all her doughs. They are perfection! And the dough for this hand pie was no exception. Whirl until mixed... just a couple of seconds.</div><div style="text-align: center;"><br /></div><div style="text-align: center;">Add cold butter to flour mixture and pulse until butter is incorporated into the flour, about 15 seconds.</div><div style="text-align: center;"><br /></div><div style="text-align: center;">Add ice water to sour cream and lemon juice. Whisk together. Add to processor and pulse until it makes a crumbly dough. Press the dough between your fingers to see if it sticks together. If it does not, add a few drops of water to the processor and check if the dough sticks together. The dough should not be wet or too "shaggy".</div><div style="text-align: center;"><br /></div><div style="text-align: center;"><br /></div><div style="text-align: center;">Shape the dough into two discs.Wrap each dis in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 30~ 45 minutes. The dough must be chilled to work with.</div><div style="text-align: center;"><br /></div><div style="text-align: center;"><br /></div><div style="text-align: center;">Roll out each disc one at a time, to an average dough thickness and cut out 16 hearts with a large heart cookie cutter. Add sugar and corn starch.
