Stir to combine. Bring the mixture to just below it's simmering point.<br /><br />Remove from heat and add the chocolates and stir until melts. Add the sugar vanilla and coffee. Stir.<br /><br />Return to heat and and cook until hot, but do not simmer.<br /><br />Serve immediately. Do not get water in the chocolate.. water will ruin the chocolate.<br /><br />Stir the chocolate and as soon as it begins to melt take it off the simmering water and stir until all the chocolate is melted.<br /><br />Dip the spoons in the chocolate and swirl around. Get it good and filled with chocolate. Put the spoons on a parchment lined surface. Sprinkle with garnishes.
